The COVID-19 outbreak has been going on for a period of time. We repeatedly experienced suspension of classes, working from home, restrictions on dining in restaurants or even not being able to go out. The stress and difficulties brought by the COVID-19 outbreak may lead us to become impulsive and irritated easily.

Eventually, these may lead to more tension and conflicts among family members. On the other hand, if we can properly handle these negative emotions and support family members each other, we can maintain a good family relationship, which can be our staunch and reliable support when we face challenges.
