職位簡介: Be familiar with all functionality of in-house printers & equipment, RIPs & related applications, in order to deliver the full potential capability of them
Design and execute routine quality inspection & service on in-house printers, equipment & machineries
Manage & compose guideline/ manual, provide training (eg. preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, etc);
Respond immediately to emergency/ breakdowns, fix faults & issues, arrange procurement of replacement parts
Fit replacement parts, perform check and calibration, monitor performance to make sure repairs being carried out correctly
入職資格: Diploma/Certificate or above in Graphic Arts/ Printing/ Engineering or related discipline
At least 3 years of solid experience in colour management &/or printer servicing
Analytical mind with technical problem solving skills, ability to hand-on practically
Knowledge in RIP software with good understanding of colour management system
Outstanding colour sensibility, ability to visually inspect and distinguish colour components
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese & English is a MUST
High level of attention to detail, willing to learn and devoted to excellence
Knowledge in printing process standards, workflows, Adobe Creative Suite is advantage
Knowledge in PLC, circuit design, electronic/electrical/engineering drawings and principles is advantage

其他: Other Responsibility:
Calibrate & monitor accuracy of colour profiles & settings; report & manage print samples/proofs
Generate & evaluate colour accuracy of printout, carry out adjustment to match to approved/supplied colour target or customer proof
Troubleshoot unknown causes with vendor manuals, and thru communication & coordination with vendor technician/ engineer/ support team
Ad-hoc support during non-office hours may be required
Periodic report to Production Managers of work progress
